• Inheritance and Gift Tax (ISD), including for non-residents.
• Tax on the Increase in Value of Urban Lands (Management of municipal inter-vivos and mortis-causa capital gains in the form of self-assessments, tax returns and/or disclosures).
• Registry paperwork: Property, Movable Goods, Civil and Other Records.
• Application for Non-certified Excerpts, Certifications and/or Index Services.
• Application for birth, marriage and death certificates.
• Application for certificates of Last Will and Testament, Life Insurance and Criminal Record from the Ministry of Justice.
• Querying and integral management of Property Tax (IBI) debts and debts of Community owners.
• Presentation and management of official documents, consultations and appeals before the competent Administration.
• Management of second copies of public documents (deeds, wills, PoA and others).
